Completed plans call for the addition of a office development; educational facility; library; office development; for the construction of an educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility. The project consists of the following: renovation of the existing basement including updates to the library, office, and restrooms, with work on flooring, lighting, finishes, fixtures, glazing, and furniture; and new ground-up construction of an academy building for 300 students.

SCOPE:

The work comprises the construction of Elementary School #19 for Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District, Fort Worth, Texas, as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. This is a ground up new build of a 100,000 sqft educational facility for EMSISD this includes a small amount of site demolition. The school is a slab on grade/ piers, with a structural steel frame, brick veneer with standing seam metal roofing.
