We had the honor of creating and delivering over 1,000 individual gifts to teachers across school districts throughout DFW. Seeing these presents set up and, even better, seeing the smiles on the faces of the teachers who received them made it all worth it. Thank you to every teacher for your dedication, patience, and impact that extends far beyond the classroom.
Heather's Old Skool Village

Every December, Northridge gets the incredible pleasure of taking the kids from Heather's Old Skool Village Christmas shopping! It is always such an unforgettable time! This year, we rolled up to Target in a party bus, music booming, everyone dancing and laughing from the moment we stepped on. Not only did we get to bless the kids, but we were also able to spread kindness to other shoppers.

Career Day - Cowart Elementary

Northridge was invited to join Career Day at Leila P. Cowart Elementary School! Our team had a blast talking with students about the world of construction from building foundations to operating heavy equipment. Kids asked some great questions and got to try on some hard hats and vests! Their excitement and curiosity remind us why we love what we do!

In August, we teamed up to surprise some of our project’s amazing teachers with back to school goodie bags! A small way to say THANK YOU for the HUGE impact teachers make keeping our education system thriving!
Breakfast Burritos for DISD

In August, with the help of Alfonso's Breakfast Burritos, we surprised the amazing teachers of Duncanville ISD with over 500 breakfast burritos!! The food was a hit!
Flood Donation Drive
July 2025
In July, Texas was hit by a devastating flood. Northridge took in lots of donations and partnered with Missing Peace Search & Recovery to help those that were affected by the floods. Thank you to everyone that donated and to Missing Peace for helping us coordinate and getting these out to Central Texas.
Ryan Siddique Scholarship Fund

We had the special opportunity to partner with the Ryan Siddique Scholarship Fund. We had a great day playing golf and supporting such a wonderful cause. Thank you to the Ryan Siddique Scholarship Fund- Creating More Awareness About Epilepsy for having us back this year!
Heather's Old Skool Village

Team NCG got to spend the day with our friends at Heather's Old Skool Village! We took them on a fancy party bus and did some holiday shopping. It was and is always our favorite time of the year. Thank you to the Lake Worth Target Team, the Lake Worth Police Department, and the Lake Worth Fire Department for helping make this day extra special.
Welcoming Back to School!

In August, we got to welcome the teachers and staff to their new school, for a new school year! To show our support, we brought lunch and made sure everyone had ample supplies, food, and snacks.

In April, we were able to be a apart of the Ryan Siddique Scholarship Fund. The mission of this scholarship fund is to provide awareness about epilepsy, financial scholarships, and support services to students diagnosed with epilepsy.
